• Responsible for all Architectural projects, designs, production, construction documents, material selection, and technical specifications. Projects delivered on schedule and within budget in accordance with client requirements.• Coordinate the needs of the client, in-house staff, and outside consultants ensuring that the needs of all individual team members are met, resolve conflicts in line with the project goals, and coordinate with the long term strategic real estate planning goals of the client.• Prepare zoning analysis and building code management for local jurisdictional permit review, which allows projects to be designed in accordance with local building and accessibility codes.• Maintain the quality control of drawing sets, which ensures that projects are designed and completed within budget typically within a maximum of 10 percent of the original estimate.• Conduct regular jobsite visits to review compliance with project drawings, schedule, and budget.• Project planning and initial projections of construction cost to provide clients with the information necessary to obtain funding and ultimately complete the project.• 95 percent of projects planned, estimated, and schematically designed are constructed, totaling more than 1 million gross square feet of space with an estimated construction value of more than $100 million.• Handle client development, billing, and office drawing and marketing standards, which provide stream lined processes and enhance office productivity, saving the company a minimum of 10 percent fee per project.
