I currently volunteer my time to teach in the College of Architecture and Engineering. I have been part of 5th Year Thesis Design Studio, Guest Critic for 4th Year Design Studio and 2nd Year Architecture 266 Pre-Design.

• Responsible for all Architectural projects, designs, production, construction documents, material selection, and technical specifications. Projects delivered on schedule and within budget in accordance with client.
• Coordinate the needs of the client, in-house staff, and outside consultants ensuring that the needs of all individual team members are met, resolve conflicts in line with the project goals, and coordinate with the long.
• Prepare zoning analysis and building code management for local jurisdictional permit review, which allows projects to be designed in accordance with local building and accessibility codes.
• Maintain the quality control of drawing sets, which ensures that projects are designed and completed within budget typically within a maximum of 10 percent of the original estimate.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to review compliance with project drawings, schedule, and budget.
• Project planning and initial projections of construction cost to provide clients with the information necessary to obtain funding and ultimately complete the project.

• Responsible for schematic design phase and concept sketches prepared for client review and planning exercises, which allow for communication of the project vision and acceptance from the project team.
• Design and detail of complex projects including technical specifications, which ensure that projects are able to be constructed, are within the client’s budget, and are delivered on time by the general contracting team.
• Construction administration including regular site visits, regular communication with general contracting team to prevent deviation from the project record documents, and review of shop drawing and material submittals.
• Presentation meetings and Special Exception Public Hearings, which allow for the communication of the project goals and detailed designs to clients, community groups, local governments, and other related project stake.
• Coordinate project design with consultants and clients and ensure that the project goals and design is consistent throughout all consultant team member disciplines.

• Complete CAD Drafting of design development and construction documents.
• Responsible for project communications and reports under the supervision of the principal, effectively preparing and communicating the project correspondence.
• Prepare three-dimensional digital rendering models and studies, often resulting in instantaneous project approval and a shortened schematic design phase.
