I have built a career in Training and Development because I have a strong passion into seeing people succeed. I have this passion because I have been in positions where there is no adequate training or lack of. I worked my way up and have been in a leadership role and built teams. That was nice but I always had bigger aspirations to help a company as a whole. That’s where I found myself as a trainer helping build fundamental stepping stones to help a company train their workforce about their processes and ensure they get it right. I have always believed in the saying “You are only as strong as your weakest link” but if your weakest link works like you then you’re in pretty good shape. All people need is to be taught correctly by someone who has the passion to do so.
