Coordinated production of whole sets of single- and multi-family architectural drawings for various builders. Upon construction of model homes made site visits with clients, and after walk-through adjusted plans according to their requests. Led a team of drafters and created many of the drawings. Ensure that team met company standards regarding AutoCAD procedures and block libraries. Created custom AutoCAD commands and short cuts utilizing Autolisp. Most projects were for tract and custom homes in the Inland Empire.

Led teams of 3-5 drafters per project, and coordinated production of complete sets of drawings, corresponding with the regional office and consultants. Handled multiple projects for properties in California, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas.

Assembled complete sets of residential contract drawings with little direction.

Assembled complete sets of plans for Chevron, ARCO, Coca-Cola, and others. Included new facilities, building expansions, tenant improvements, ADA updating, and as-builts using Type I and Type V construction. Also responsible for coordinating ARCO projects, site surveys, permitting, and dealing with governing agencies.

Laid out architectural floor plans and mechanical plans, created three-dimensional and perspective drawings and computer-generated graphic images, and produced animated computer flics for refrigerated display cases. Maintained all computer equipment including configuring, installing, and repairing hardware, network, and software.
