• Responsible for leading and developing the Revenue Management Analytics Team. • The Analytics team performs the collection, manipulation, and analysis of data to be used by Revenue Cycle management, Corporate Finance, Facility Finance teams and others throughout Centura Health. • Responsible for components of bank reconciliation, calculations of key performance metrics, business application data programming, reporting and analysis across a wide variety of clinical and operational databases and applications. • Develop and support automation tools to assist Revenue Cycle management and various Finance teams throughout Centura Health with operational and analysis needs. • Partner with customers to identify their reporting needs and effective solutions. The Analytics Team also plays a key part in driving operational improvements. This team helps with operational metric creation, opportunity identification, data interpretation and performance improvement project management. Activities include: running root cause analyses, identifying population(s) for more detailed review, trend or anomaly identification, meeting facilitation, post-meeting coordination with responsible parties on next steps, etc.
