I developed Data Center Migration Landing Zone to meet the needs of the clients and the business, generated multi-million-dollar cost savings through data center consolidations, and led the migration to the landing zone with limited interruptions to service. I managed onshore and offshore Merchant NA compute and Virtual Infrastructure teams with over 44 personnel. I drove integration of the multi-faucet business lines for all areas of operations and engineering. I also led the development of key processes within VM Engineering to drive disaster recovery events and scalable upgrades with zero impact to services.• Increased efficiency and reduced ORR by 38% by driving agile transformations in alignment with guidelines and operational matrixes utilized by all teams in INFRA operations.• Led the automation of application deployment infrastructure for eComm business line model in conjunction with DCC initiatives, which improved stability.

I managed the North American team supporting the entire compute business line for five and created a global support organization for the deployment of baseline procedures and processes. I developed the Hosted Solutions team to increase time to resolution and strategy growth while driving down repeating issues and non-standard deployments.• Created sustainable KPI’s and measured the success within the Compute deployments. • Reduced operational cost by 30% while increasing key KPI measurements for the incident and problem performance enhancement initiative.

I managed a diverse team for the integration and support for all aspects of compute infrastructure impacting 5K devices across eight locations in North America, which included the development of KPI stats and Agile processes for intake of the application and LOB needs. I managed a multifaceted team of 14 System Engineers that supported a Hosted Infrastructure for clients and oversaw systems for the Real Time Trading Ticker for all ICE business units, which included leading globalization of standards and managing programs. I also implemented new standardized guidelines to ensure successful migrations and deployments for clients.• Managed the Real Time Trading Systems utilized by all ICE Data Business units, which included maintaining 450 servers located throughout the globe processing over 42M transactions per second. • Led a team of System Engineers and implemented new process and procedures to control and optimize environment, which included leading complex system migrations. • Led development of growth factor deployments for acquisition and integration with many companies.

I managed a global organization of 23 Administrator, Engineers and Managers providing daily support for Windows based applications, which included 750+ Windows Servers, 900TB of SAN storage, 3.5K devices, and 4.5K Exchange and Lotus Notes mailboxes for 2.5K employees globally. I also led the virtualization of infrastructure systems and VDI deployment. • Coordinated with department heads to develop standards and solutions that provided reliable and robust use of the IT infrastructure, which reduced the time of problem resolution for all units by 60%. • Provided centralization and developed a migration plan to bring the entire IT infrastructure into one strategic global infrastructure, which included the development of a centralized Authentication System and the consolidation of email systems into one Local Exchange system.
