I managed the group that selects, acquires, installs, and supports computer hardware, software, and peripherals for the employees at our Home Office campus. We supported about 900 end users.

Supervised daily activities of analysts in the support of over 800 home office computer users, responsible for hiring and delivering annual performance evaluations for 6 computer support analysts, provided input on the selection of computer hardware and software

Provided support, both in person and over the phone, to 800 Home Office employees of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store on PC, software, and peripheral related issues and problems. Configured and installed computer hardware and software for Home Office campus. Provided leadership and served as escalation point for team members, dealing with more advanced or unusual issues.
