Responsible for installing and servicing high speed internet, home net-working, and digital voice telephone. Installing and servicing all video products. Recognizing plant problems and reporting them to maintenance. Performing monthly vehicle and tool inspections, and following a guideline of safety practicesSet forth by Comcast and OSHA.

Responsible for technician productivity, customer escalations, quality control, OSHA safety guidelines, bi-annual reviews for technicians. Pick up service calls when needed.Compose weekly on call schedules, overtime, and P and L reports for the Plant Director.

Responsible for overseeing work being done by contractors for complete system rebuild, quality control, as builds, communicating with customers and handling damage reports.

Installing and Servicing analog and digital cable for residential and multiple dwelling units. On call one week a month to back up Network Technicians on cable service outages.

Supervising all splicing of new build cable plant, track job progress, order materials, invoice completed projects, and provide weekly reports to managers. Splice when needed.
