Solved a chronic wafer breakage issue with the Applied Materials Endura platform by implementing a change in the robot set pins. I also designed a tool to reduce the complexity of the robot pin replacement. Since the change this tool group has not broken a wafer. This solution saved the company an average of 20 broken wafers and 160 hours of tool down time.
