Team successfully gained approval, growing project from proof-of-concept to full implementation in a budget-constrained environment.Evaluated proof-of-concept training sites, ensuring the training support packages, facilities and instructors were suited to accommodate the soldier or unit throughput required.Implemented full project funding, growing from 56 contractors and equipment worth $10.5 million to 130 contractors and equipment worth $45.4 million across 20 installations.Developed, updated and edited training support packages.Applied combat experience as part of the Electronic Warfare Community of Interest.

Kabul, Afghanistan

Conducted training for all inbound forces in Kabul on the maintenance and use of vehicular mounted Counter Radio-controlled improvised explosive device Electronic Warfare (CREW) systems. Planned, executed and de-conflicted airborne electronic attack in support of large vehicle convoys throughout the Area of Operation and as needed in response to troops in contact.Completed Instruction and received Additional Skill Identifier: 1K, Operational Electronic Warfare Officer.Conducted 6 Airborne Electronic Attack missions in support of a forward operating base being overrun where 4 airframes and 5 air crews were engaged for 4 hours, disrupting enemy's ability to coordinate their attack.Responsible for the use and/or denial of the electro-magnetic spectrum for Kabul Province, planning, executing and de-conflicting airborne electronic attack missions and supervising the installation and maintenance of electronic countermeasures at Coalition bases and the US Embassy.

Responsible for the planning and execution of all CIED training in the Brigade. Ensured current Tactics, Techniques and Procedures were taught by our team of thirteen Master Trainers and all training was theater-specific.
