• Ensuring that equities trades are executed following the rules and regulations of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) and Wealthsimple Investment Inc.
• Adhering to CIRO’s guidelines for suitability, know-your-client and record-keeping requirements.
• Accurately recording and reporting all transactions, client interactions and other relevant information in accordance with CIRO regulations and their firm’s policies.

• Monitor business expenses including budgeting expenses and wage cost.
• Motivate team to help implementation of quality standards, sales targets and overall team management.
