Managed daily operations including employee, customer and vendor relations, inventory management, financials and promotions. Additionally, I implemented structured training to enhance productivity/efficiency to identified trends in the industry to help maximize profit and ensured compliance while conforming to the regulations of Liquor Control.

Managed multi-units for a retail account and CPG companies, trained/mentored Territory Supervisors-scheduled store level staff/conducted orientations/training for new hires. Conducted in-field store visits, store audits, administered technical support, enforced policy/procedures and met with Store Mangers routinely to ensure expectations of service are met. Completed onboarding processes through Workday for new hires that ensured all Federal/State compliance’s were met.

Managed locations throughout the region which entailed all operational functions to maximize the profitability of each location. Additionally, I worked closely with the District Manager for fast-track to additional Senior Leadership positions. Duties included: recruiting, manage P/L daily, inventory control, safety and ensured that stores met all corporate expectations by ensuring all policies and procedures are met.

Region included 5-6 Area Managers and approximately 450-500 part-time employees that executed brand marketing events both in-store and offsite events. Responsible for all Field operations including vendor relationships through performance objectives, analytics, strategic planning and challenges. Conducted performance appraisals for semi-annual performance reviews including action plans to assist with goals/objectives. Responsible and accountable for morale, fairness and trust among the team including part-time staff. Hired, coached and trained new District/Area Managers as assigned by Corporate.
