* Responsible for the training of up to 70 new team members and managers at new stores to ensure proficiency at the end of the 7 weeks* Oversee the initial 7 weeks of the new store to ensure that all metrics are met. These were included but not limited to, daily output, daily sorting quotas, payroll* Ensuring that the sales floor is set up per company standard, adjust spacing as needed per what we receive during the initial set up and processing process* Plan all logistics of all incoming and outgoing product and teach and train all new management on the correct company procedures * Ensuring that all product is priced according to the guidelines of the company, utilizing past trends within the current district to keep our prices competitive and accurate throughout * Act as a liaison to the Training department to assist and report back all training needs of the store * Worked with other business partners assisting with the current processing and training documents we use in both new and already opened stores* Assist the US and Canada in rolling out any new procedures as they become available to stores* Travel and train new management and team members within the US as needed
