- Completed weekly psychosocial diagnostic intakes for individuals with diagnoses including; major depressive disorder, substance abuse, personality disorders, unemployment, homelessness, anxiety disorders and severe mental illness.- Provided individual long-term psychotherapy to clients with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Psychotic Disorders, Childhood trauma, Substance Abuse, Anxiety, Suicidality, Cognitive Disorders, Unemployment, Bi-Polar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder.Utilized Interpersonal, Cognitive-Behavioral, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral, Internal Family Systems and Eye-Moment Desensitization and Reprocessing approaches to individual treatment.- Conducted smoking cessation group for Veteran’s with severe mental illness.- Administered psychological screens including the Beck Depression Inventory II, Beck Anxiety Inventory II.- Provided couple’s therapy to Veteran’s dealing with Deployment, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Same-Sex Issues, Substance Abuse, Infidelities, Emotional Distress, Major Life Transitions and Partner-Relational Problems. - Provided family therapy for families dealing with sexual assault, substance abuse, adolescent acting-out, school problems, behavioral problems, mood disorders, unemployment, ADHD, and autism.- Used Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Behavioral Couple’s Therapy (BCT) for Substance Abuse, Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT), Narrative Family Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Bowenian Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy and Gottman’s Approach to couples therapy approaches in the treatment of Veteran’s and their families.- Participated in Emotionally-Focused Couple’s Therapy (EFT) seminars provided by an EFT Certified Supervisor. - Evaluated couples using a battery of tests including the Dyadic Adjustment Scale, Beck Depression Inventory II, and PTSD Checklist (PCL).
