Primary responsibilities revolve around maximizing the efficiency of Hot End operations and overall yield. Daily duties consist of raw materials and glass testing, defect analysis, data collection and analysis, and generally assisting the Engineers, Technicians, and Operators.

Responsibilities of this position were focused on promoting the role of WiSys at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. In order to do this, meetings with prominent faculty members and events to promote research and WiSys’s role in research were held.

Conducted research, under Dr. Jennifer A. Dahl, with gold Janus nanoparticles. Primary duties included synthesizing, imaging and analyzing gold nanoparticles. These duties were carried out through the operation of a variety of sophisticated instrumentation including TEM, DSC, TGA, etc.
