I practice as a tax lawyer and member of the Law Society of Ontario. I work hard to assist high-net-worth individuals, owner-managers, and corporations to achieve their business and estate objectives. I structure and implement tax-optimal transactions, ventures, financings, and estate plans in domestic and cross-border contexts. I also advise my clients on estate administration, real estate purchases and sales, and American citizenship renunciation. I have experience representing taxpayers in all aspects of their tax disputes at the audit, objection, and trial stages, including advocating for access to the Voluntary Disclosures Program and for Taxpayer Relief, negotiating with the Revenue Collections Division of the Canada Revenue Agency to establish payment plans and lift enforcement actions, and litigating at the Tax Court of Canada and Federal Court of Canada. I graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor, where I earned a J.D. in 2020. I competed for Windsor Law at the 2020 Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot. I was also a volunteer for Windsor's Community Volunteer Income Tax Program.
