I am a results focused leader with extensive experience in project management, built on a software development foundation. My career started as a software developer in the aerospace industry. I progressed to a senior technical lead working on many complex projects from satellite groundstations to military drones. Looking for new challenges, I then decided to move into a project manager role. I have since lead initiatives of increasing size and complexity in insurance, retail and telecommunications environments. My successes include projects involving dozens of teams and systems, over 100 resources and over $8 million in labor costs over 2 years.I am known for my ability to lead a team to overcome challenges and deliver complex projects.
