Managed and owned business development opportunities with sister companies under theResource Label Group of companies. This included the relationship with our businessdevelopment teams from our other locations as well as the actual sales and development oftheir clients. Leading business development efforts for Bonide products in UT, AZ, NV, OR, WA, ID.Managing product sales, training and marketing efforts with national retailers, local markethardware, nursery and farm & ranch store locations. I launched these markets as the first andonly employee in the market and grew the number of retail stores from nearly 100 locations toover 500 active retail locations purchasing our products. Responsible for distributorrelationships in west coast markets including Intermountain Farmers Association (IFA). Inworking with the distributors, I owned the business development efforts to sell Bonideproducts into the distributors in order for us to sell to the retail locations.

Managing the launch and training of mobile kiosk locations and employees inside 11 Utah Target store locations. Responsibilities include, sales management, training, HR, payroll, reporting, recruiting, relationship management with management teams, employee coaching and development, program feedback and all other operational aspects of the mobile retail program at Target.

Responsibilities included MarketStar’s call center and field services to Sony Corporation, Research in Motion (BlackBerry) and Sony Ericsson. Additionally, responsible to oversee training and sales of Sony VAIO computer products to national retail stores including, Best Buy, Circuit City, Comp USA and Fry’s; BlackBerry and Sony Ericsson phones and accessories to Best Buy, Circuit City, AT&T Wireless, Sprint Wireless, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile Wireless, Alltel Wireless, and several regional wireless retailers. • Launched, managed, trained and oversaw growth and expansion of BlackBerry field and call center team to MarketStar’s largest retail client• “MVP” For Outstanding Performance, 2006• 8 Year Service Award, 2010• Developed and implemented E.A.S.Y sales training and presentation for the Research In Motion/BlackBerry account.

Managed B2B Qwest teams consisting of 5 team managers and 85 call center reps. Sold and supervised growth opportunity with Qwest and Green Mountain Energy. Increased account size and activity with Qwest residential and business services.Managed successful B2B and Retail customer service and new activation programs for VoiceStream Wireless. The program consisted of 600 call center reps and 20 team manager under my supervision.

Managed MarketStar’s Outsourcing services & teams for Motorola, Simplexity.com and @Link Networks. Managed field team’s sales & training efforts of Motorola phones and accessories to national retail accounts including Radio Shack, Best Buy, Circuit City and Sears.

Started my theater career working as a doorman, concession worker and ticket sales. Promoted to assisted manager, responsible for shift operations, managing employees assigned to concessions, box office and greeting. Promoted as the General Manager, overseeing operations at the Cinedome, Trolley North, Midway and Broadway Centre locations. While at these locations, I championed operational excellence including but not limited to the following…● Weekly concession orders & schedules for movie times & employee schedules● Team training and development, hiring and human resource duties● Ensured building maintenance, janitorial etc., met and/or exceeded company standards.● Creation, management & adherence to budgets.
