As an Agile Coach at Safaricom PLC, I help teams and leaders adopt and improve agile practices and mindsets, using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align goals, measure progress, and enhance collaboration. I also facilitate agile ceremonies, coach agile teams, and provide feedback and guidance on agile processes and principles.Before joining Safaricom PLC, I was a Scrum Master and a Software Developer at I&M Bank Ltd, where I led and supported multiple cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software products and services, using agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. I also developed and maintained frontend applications using Angular, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, and implemented best practices and standards for web development. I am a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) by Scrum Alliance. I am passionate about learning new technologies, solving problems, and creating value for customers and stakeholders.
