We built a land information system consisting of a database containing spatially referenced land-related data for a defined area and, on the other, of procedures and techniques for the systematic collection, updating, processing and distribution of the data. Integrated with this was also a revenue collection system for the county, for tax collections. Both workflows were integrated to give a graphical outlook to revenue collection and create realistic targets for revenue collection, as well as enabling better land planning and use throughout the county. Land Information Management System & Revenue Collection Developed backend API using Python-Django& DRF. Used Postgres & PostGIS for geographic data storage & manipulation. Developed frontend using ReactJS, Redux, set up unit tests using Pytest & Enzyme. Integrated bank & Mobile based payment & messaging platforms.County Revenue collection systems consultant.
