A privately held commercial and residential brickwork contractor.; I am responsible for preparing all tools for the concrete workers, forming up boards for the concrete, and cleaning up tools after job was completed.

As a substitute teacher it was my responsibility to maintain the assigned level of learning as evidenced by the lesson plan I was handed when reporting to work to fill in for the day. I oversaw the safety and learning experience for up to twenty-five boys and girls between the age of ten and thirteen.

I was originally hired as an Assistant Coach for Football Team, due to my demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills I was selected by the school administration as the Head Football and Basketball coach upon the retirement of the previous coach even though I did not have all certifications usually associated with the position. Since 2007 I have had responsibility for assisting almost 300 young men learn socialization skills, discipline and competitive sportsmanship. Two of my students have been awarded full athletic scholarships. I have a record of 27 wins and 9 losses (football), 18 wins 10 losses (Women’s Basketball two years) and 28 wins and 39 losses (Men’s Basketball).

Major production facility of world’s largest pork processor.; I was hired to the Cut Floor where I was responsible for trimming hogs according to USDA regulations while maintaining high speed production quotas (up to 30,000 hogs per day). I was one of three workers out of the 30 assigned to the Cut Floor who was selected to be cross trained to work in any position in the department including using hand held saws, a meat press machine. I was trained to inspect meat and byproducts for conformance with USDA regulations. As part of my job I made and packed boxes, and was selected to train new workers on the proper and safe use of the handsaw.
