I also worked with a team of staff and contract writers to ensure that we released new and engaging content every day. In addition to my editorial duties, I shared our stories to Ottawa Life Magazine's social media channels, a community of more than 20,000 engaged followers. As the editor responsible for growing the magazine's social media presence, in 2015 I led the strategic launch of the magazine's Instagram page, which now has more than 6,000 followers.

I worked floor, cash, and consignment in a high-volume university bookstore, often assisting hundreds of students per day during Haven's peak season. I also organized the store's shelves and overflow area, constantly making room for massive orders of incoming books.

I led walking and bus tours throughout downtown Ottawa, providing an engaging narrative about the city's history and culture tailored to each group. I worked alone and with other interpreters, often navigating high-pressure situations to keep tours running on time and deal with last-minute changes.

I ran the Joomla! 3 website and social media for a downtown Ottawa bi-weekly paper with thousands of online followers and a print circulation of 17,000. To maintain Centretown's online presence, I wrote local breaking and in-depth stores, including multiple pieces on the 2014 Ontario provincial election.
