I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Control Systems with a minor in Mathematics. During my time at the University of Iowa, I demonstrated leadership as both Treasurer and President of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) club, further developing my organizational and management skills.Currently at Procter & Gamble (P&G) I support two key positions:As the Intelligent Controls & Automation (ICA) Senior Leader, I lead the Power Oral Care (POC) ICA team, providing direction and guidance on both project initiatives and daily operations support. My primary focus is the continuous support and implementation of automated equipment across a wide range of technologies. This includes, but is not limited to, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) from Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, and Siemens; Vision Systems such as Cognex and Keyence; AI development, including both in-house solutions and industry-standard tools; VFDs, sensors; networking; and other automation technologies. I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of these technologies to optimize operational efficiency and enhance production capabilities.Second, as the POC Packing Operational Senior Department Leader, I lead a diverse team of technical experts, leaders, maintenance planners, and engineers, with approximately 50 individuals within my entire reporting structure. In this role, I am responsible for managing the Packing financial budget, driving operational performance, and overseeing both short-term action planning and long-term master planning initiatives.I am committed to fostering a positive work culture while driving machine improvement projects and supporting the capability development of my team.
