Design certification materials for both internal and external learners to establish a standard benchmark for software usage. Create and deploy professional development materials to internal teams to utilize company-deployed platforms.• Owning/maintaining company LMS for internal and external trainings and certifications• Designing/advising the implementation of support training• UX/UI advising for how support material is organized, found, and experienced by customers (partnering with the Customer Enablement Team)• Project managing programs being created by content experts
