I've been in law enforcement for the past 12 years. During my twelve years, I've served in several capacities to currently include the role of Sergeant. I've had the privilege to supervise a diverse group of staff while also managing the current population we house within the facility.The skills I've developed over my career include;- Communication- Leadership- Multi-tasking- Conflict Management- DocumentationI've been commended on my ability to document and record events descriptively, and accurately. My process of acquiring information and reporting that has also garnered positive feedback from those above me.After twelve years, I still have a desire to expand my skill-set and grow as an individual.

  Currently in the rank of Sergeant. I am responsible for the management and supervision of the Deputies that supervise the inmates in our custody. At times, I am called upon to help address situations that cannot be handled by front line staff. I make a conscious effort to be available, present, and always advocate for the well-being of my staff. In a profession that has an ever dwindling morale, I do my best to be a booster for all those around me.
