· Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Administrator responsible for operational support of a DoD enterprise level Microsoft Windows AD environment. Configure and support Windows enterprise architecture to include AD, DHCP, GPOs, DFS, DNS, LDAP, WSUS and PKI Certificate Authorities· Deploy GPOs to secure, manage and configure Forest and Domain wide Windows Operating Systems, to include Domain Controllers, Member Servers and User Workstations. Lead System Administrator responsible for administration of Global Command and Control System - Joint (GCCS-J) and related GCCS Family of Systems. Maintain multiple sites and multiple servers consisting of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat JBOSS, VMware vSphere, Windows Server, NetApp and Dell SANs, and Dell physical servers. Manage, configure and troubleshoot server and client systems to include GCCS-J server software, physical hardware installation and upgrades, Agile Client, and ICSF client. Perform server backups, establish and maintain a standard operating procedures (SOP) for GCCS System Administrators IAW DoD and local command guidance. Manage and monitor the GCCS-J Common Operation picture (COP) to ensure timely situational awareness of Blue Force Tracks (BFT), Friendly Force Tracks, Unit, Platform and Link tracks. Manage all GCCS-J interfaces, COP sync tool (CST) configurations, Universal Communication Processor (UPC) channel setup and configuration, tactical data links, sensors (i.e., radar), and any subscriptions or other configurations necessary for establishing the COP. Works with user community to ensure COP tools, such as overlays, data filters, KML/KMZ files, dynamic track groups, and placemarks are operational and available. Maintain the server security posture and ensure compliance with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) guidelines. Apply system patches and configuration update releases as directed by the DoD and PMO.

U.S. Army Europe Regional Cyber Center Europe (RCC-E) 5th Signal Command. Responsible for the operations and maintenance of the U.S. Army Europe Enterprise-level System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) on NIPRNet, SIPRNet and Coalition Networks, to include: maintain and troubleshoot advanced infrastructure monitoring with SCOM; provide administration and support of SCOM for servers; install, support and configure applications, agents and management packs related to SCOM; have knowledge in all aspects of SCOM and understand the product configuration, flow and logging in detail; install all required upgrades and patches; implement authorized modifications and documenting all changes to enterprise-level systems; and troubleshooting issues that affect the performance and operation of the enterprise.
