Created and managed the Reliability Triage Center, along with a team of 3-5 engineers, tasked with coordinating Failure Analysis for RMA products. Analyzed the company's Failure Analysis process and implemented changes to improve the speed and quality of the analysis, which resulted in a reduction of "No Problem Found" occurrences and re-occurrences of failure modes. Worked as the primary Reliability Engineer for many next-generation semiconductor handling robot programs.
