In this role I monitor and manage a predominantly Cisco LAN and WAN at both layer 2 and 3. I also monitor and assist with a Cisco ASA Firewall via ASDM and FMC. My duties have also required leading network projects associated with EoL replacement, new builidings, and environment upgrades. I am also the company Lead Support for FTP, printers, DLP, and Secure Web Gateway.

I assist staff and students with troubleshooting issues with desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, and other classroom technology. I maintain our fleet of Chromebooks in our 1:1 Program and assist the Technology Coordinator with other network projects.

Help customers with maintenance of their wireless account and devices through new devices, upgrades, plan changes, and troubleshooting.

Helped associates present purchase options using DealerTrack and also assisted with the printing and completion of purchase paperwork using Reynolds & Reynolds.

Was responsible for the maintenance of our inventory online using vAuto and management of our CRM Tool.

I worked as a Crew Member for Win-Tron Racing for 2 full seasons in the ARCA Series. As a Crew Member I was responsible for the trunk area of the car for checking nuts and bolts, assisting with collecting data (brake temps) during practice, and general car maintenance. On Race Day I went over the wall for pit-stops as the Gasman.
