DBIA with extensive background in managing a variety of residential and commercial construction projects. Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiations and crew and subcontractor relations while keeping a focus on providing quality finished products. I possess excellent problem solving skills with a positive attitude combined with a strong knowledge of project administration that results in successful projects which is all about maintaining excellent relationships with all the stakeholders on every project.
