A highly motivated craft distiller and distillery operator. Having spent 20+ years in the Food & Beverage Industry in the capacities of Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director Eric has experienced a successful career in food productions and Operational oversight in some of California’s most highly recognized luxury resorts and Spas. Believing strongly in education he has trained in over 22 countries bringing his knowledge to the resort industry through the development and launching of bar lounges, restaurants and service teams. Eric has now extended his passion to crafting spirits through the traditional means of the distillation art.
