I grew up in the small town of Terryville, CT in an underserved community for healthcare which had led me to journey into medicine. After receiving my Bachelor's Degree of Science in Biology at the University of Bridgeport I started to take on different fields of medicine. This including emergency medicine, rehabilitation, and in the clinical setting.Each opportunity led me to the next until I found my current company of ScribeAmerica and accepted a position as a medical scribe. Medical scribing opened a whole new window of possibilities as I started to love working in the clinical setting alongside Orthopedic surgeons and Physician Assistants. This led me to take on more responsibilities accepting promotional opportunities along the way in the company.My current role as a Senior Chief Scribe for ScribeAmerica has opened my eyes into new opportunities into hospital and healthcare administration. I have developed a passion for mentoring those who were in my previous position and helping them take the next step into their medical careers or their journeys into healthcare administration. I love collaborating and working with my colleagues at ScribeAmerica as well as all the hospital administrators of the programs that I currently manage!
