CDP is a leader of transformative change – responsible for creating life-enhancing affordable development projects that adhere to strict standards of environmentally, socially and economically responsible buildings and communities.Our mission is to repair and strengthen the fabric of cities and towns by meeting the housing needs of local citizens through the thoughtful planning and development of affordable communities. CDP is dedicated to providing the highest quality life-enhancing housing for qualifying low income residents in the regions we build. CDP achieves this by organizing our work around four areas of practice: conceive, plan, finance and develop affordable development solutions. The result supports human-centered strategies that foster the creation of sustainable planning, development, and policy solutions that strengthen the social, economic, environmental, and cultural health of the regions in which we live and work.Founded in 2011, CDP’s multi-disciplinary team is comprised of real estate development experts who contribute diverse backgrounds in both affordable and market-rate development. Our goal is to weave a sense of community into each of the projects completed.CDP is the general partner / developer of a portfolio of over 2,000 units in Oregon, California, Arizona, and Nevada.
