As a magna cum laude graduate from San Diego State University with a degree in Hospitality Management and an emphasis in Experience Industry Management, I have honed my skills in customer service, event coordination, and client satisfaction. My journey in the hospitality and experiential marketing industry have been both diverse and enriching, allowing me to gain valuable experience in various roles.Starting as a valet, banquet runner, and hotel front desk associate, I developed a strong foundation in customer service and operations.
