Mr. Parrs oversees the fuel vertical within the STNL.com division of NNN Capital, representing landlords in the disposition of Single-Tenant Net-Lease (STNL) real estate throughout the Southeast & Mid-West United States with an emphasis in WaWa, 7-Eleven real estate products in addition to doing Mattress Firm products as well. Among his closings, Mr Parrs has transacted in such states as Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia and Florida while his clients range from small family offices, private investors, operators and REIT's.

While at Crossman & Company, Mr Parrs lead underwriting efforts for the firm's Grocery-Anchored Investment Sales team. In this role Eric worked with Private Family Offices all the way to Institutional Investors in the disposition and marketing efforts of their grocery-anchored asset(s). The success of the team led to over $300 million in successful transactions.
