An early adapter to the impact of technology on commercial real estate, NNN Capital was founded by commercial real estate veterans who saw the future (now present) impact of technology on the trillion dollar commercial real estate sector. The parent company to NNN.com, GroceryAnchored.com, STNL.com and the NNN Academy (nnnacademy.com), NNN Capital was formed in 2020 out of a need to create a parent company for the growing business verticals that began with GroceryAnchored.com. NNN Capital is headquartered in Orlando, Florida. GroceryAnchored.com Launched in late 2017, GroceryAnchored.com was the flagship website for what has now become NNN Capital. Now considered the "internet" for Grocery-Anchored shopping centers that are for sale across the country, GroceryAnchored.com provides optics for hundreds of owners of these assets on a subscription based model. STNL.com Launched in 2020, STNL.com is a traditional brokerage platform that specializes in selling retail buildings of the single-tenant net-lease variety. Based out of Orlando, STNL.com brokers predominately work with assets in Florida and around the southeast United States. NNN Academy (nnnacademy.com) NNN Academy is NNN Capital's college program that teaches students how to analyze, underwrite & transact triplenet properties. Though the program has been around for ten years, has seen 33 different classes with over 170 graduates, it is only recently that it has been formally packaged into “Academy” form.
