Responsibilities:- Promoted and sold Bryant University to diverse prospective student-athletes, managing a $700,000 scholarship pool.- Developed relationships with key stakeholders across the northeast and east coast territories to gain access to more a diverse prospect pool.- Supervised and collaborated with our assistants, student managers, and support staff to manage athletes’ day to day activities, while tracking short- and long-term progress toward goals.- Oversaw and managed all scheduling of phone calls, visits, and overnights with prospects.- Prospected and evaluated over 3,000 high school athletes from Northeast & East coast territory for 7-10 spots on our roster per year.- Managed extensive database while tracking progress with prospects.
