Responsible for establishing and maintaining Staging, UAT, and Production environments and creating and maintaining configurations for all supporting software, deployments for all Production environments.Key Requirements & Responsibilities:• Develop and implement solutions that automate manual processes to enable agility and quality within and across all Engineering, Database and Operations teams on the Production environments;• In collaboration with DevOps, build solutions that focus on automating processes of continuous integration / build / test / deployment, CI/CD, across different environments, with full responsibility for the Production ones• Build solutions that integrate with and monitor our release-management and production operations practices with highly automated processes;• Collaborate with the Engineering and Operations teams to design and implement these solutions;• Create and maintain all necessary documentation and Standard Operating Procedures for the Production environments, as well as train other team members on executing these;• Maintain all Production environment variables and values;• Participate in troubleshooting Level 3 support issues on the Production environment;• Responsible to publishing new software versions to all Production environments• Develop solutions that handle common failure scenarios (e.g. scripted/automated rollback (code and database), failovers, escalation procedures, etc.);• Consult on overall production system architecture;• Follow guidance set out by corporate security policies and standards;• Ensure departmental security processes and procedures are followed where applicable.• Owner of deployment and release processes.• Participate in RFP responses.• Participate in hiring process for new technical staff.• Mentor and leader to staff.
