CurrentResponsible in collections and monitoring customer accounts receivable, maintain credit limit and COFACE limitReview pending orders and customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experienceDeals with highly complex sales/customer account issues; compiles and analyzes financial, competitive and other information about potential business partners; negotiates with potential clients and business partnersResponsible for the level of sales in an area or group of clients according to company sales policyFollow up with customers for Production orders, requirements and dispatch plansResponsible in planning and implementing strategies to develop customersManaging and preparing customer Sales Contracts and coordinate with Legal DepartmentPrepare supply offer for new and existing customersSupervise and manage complete procedure of Letter of Credit (LC), documentation and shipmentsInter department coordination with Purchase, Logistics and Accounts for various daily tasksCreate daily reports and monitoring daily production and efficiency and outputAnalyze and interpret data, like revenues, expenses, EBITDA and competitionCoordination with Finance for the price profitability and transportation bench marking before issuing supply offer Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materialsTrack deliveries and shipment and coordinate with the supply chainManage new and existing key customer accounts in GCC, Africa, Europe and AustralasiaMaintain daily communication with the customers for production, call-off, transport, product quality, payment and necessary documents requiredResponsible in handling inter-company production, planning and shipment for different entities of Can Pack, namely: Poland, Romania, Spain, Netherlands and USPreparing Daily, Monthly and Quarterly reportsResponsible for updating Constrained and Unconstrained Budget and Forecast in SAC.Analyze the Sales Performance in the Power BI
