This opens up opportunity to run low clearance compounds, as well as, prophylactic studies.Types of in-house service contracts include evaluating drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics, and transporter assays, as well as probing for sub-acute or chronic toxicities via repeat dosing studies. Other responsibilities include conducting on-site training for new customers. Training includes mammalian cell culture aseptic technique, as well as running cell based assays for toxicity, metabolite generation, metabolite identification and transporters.

Assisted PhD candidates with experimental research.Stained and analyzed the levels of CD206, INOS, and IBA-1 protein expression in macrophages and their association with phenotype expression. These proteins are known to indicate certain pro- and anti-inflammatory macrophage phenotype expressions, which can prove to be beneficial in mitigating inflammation in spinal cord injury.
