The STAR Team main emphasis is from the ILP (Intelligence Led Policing) philosophy.Currently assigned as a Detective Property Crimes Unit in District 3.

Utilized surveillance and counter-surveillance measures to determine the identity, habits, conduct, movements, whereabouts, affiliations, associations, transactions, reputation or character of any society, person, or group of persons. Search and obtain the whereabouts of missing persons, owners of abandoned or escheated property, or heirs to estates. Locate or recover lost or stolen property. Investigate the causes or origin of fires, libels, slanders, losses, accidents, damage, or injuries to real or personal property. Secure evidence to be used before investigating committees or boards of award or arbitration or trial of civil or criminal cases.

Responsible for achieving and exceeding goals in the designated territory selling wine, liquor and beer to various bars restaurants and retail stores.
