Lastly, I received a customer service award that was presented to me at a company dinner.

Network World was a trade publication. I was the first line of support for users calling the help desk. I would also receive emails stating a user's issue. I would log all calls by creating a help desk ticket in the database. I would attempt to resolve the user's issue, or escalate to a manager for help. I was also responsible for installing new computer setups for new hires, and getting the computer to work properly on the LAN.
