Managed the East coast travel budget upwards of $1 million, which allowed LCS pre-commissioning Sailors to travel and attend critical training requirements outside of homeport in order to meet time-to-train criteria contained in each of the crews’ CSPPs. Responsible for keeping LCSRON-2 and PMS 505T leadership informed of current and future training metrics through white papers, power point presentations and comprehensive excel spreadsheets that assist in making informed decisions.
