 Supervises and leads a team of 15 employees to maximize productivity, efficiency and effectiveness by enforcing company standards and practices. Loads/Strips up to 35 Common Carriers and 15 Private Fleet trailers per shift by effectively managing personnel, equipment, and time limiting detention costs to the Company. Backs up the Transportation Supervisor when needed by managing the Private Fleet Transportation schedule and assigning Drivers to deliver loads to DC’s as required. Supervises the daily activities of the warehouse. Oversees shipping and receiving functions as needed. Good working knowledge and experience with SAP applications. Working knowledge of basic elements of Good Manufacturing Practices in a manufacturing environment. Understands specific supply chain capabilities, strategies and interdependencies.

 Supervise on/offloading of C-5 Cargo aircraft, working closely with U.S and multinational forces and coordinating with multiple support agencies domestically and at worldwide en route locations to ensure timely and effective airlift to meet wartime and humanitarian relief efforts Squadron Element Leader responsible for ensuring currency, training, qualification, proficiency, and career progression of 73 crewmembers in a highly technical field; also instrumental in determining and implementing section and squadron policies and programs Instructor, Evaluator and Academic Coordinator that possesses in-depth knowledge, experience, and ability to instruct and evaluate Journeyman Loadmaster's in all duties of the career field Acts as Aircrew Safety Supervisor during Exercises, Inspections, and high visibility missions Expert in operation of aircraft equipment and systems including auxiliary power units, hydraulic, environmental, fire suppression, and door and ramp loading systems Ensure hazardous cargo compatibility in accordance with Federal Regulations and Air Force Instructions

 Operate, maintain and perform fault isolation and repair on data transmission systems to include: wire or fiber data modems, wire or optical data multiplexers, computers, printers and cryptographic equipment Isolate system faults to individual units and further reduce fault to the lowest installations and security practices

 Perform switching, braking, and other train operations Couple air hoses, uncouple cars, apply and release hand brakes, remove, replace, and carry knuckles and align drawbars Follow safety precautions. Read and implement regulations and instructions.  Planned Presidential Support missions (Coordinated with White House Military Office), Special Assigned Airlift missions (SAAM), and Primary Nuclear Airlift Forces missions to include Load Planning and Aircraft Servicing at various airfields around the globe.  Built Flight Plans using a local Flight Plan program and coordinated Diplomatic Clearances with U.S. Embassies.  Used U.S. Foreign Clearance Guide, Aircraft Suitability Reports, Time Conversion Table, local checklists, and Mission Itinerary Summary program tools.  Performed Quality checks on Mission Planning Packages.  Responsible for resolving problems encountered during mission execution.
