Responsible for growing and maintaining account relationships and performance. I provide a wide array of scientific equipment, consumables, and chemicals sold to a variety of scientific accounts. Government, Industrial, Medical and Educational organizations focused on; chemical, biological, analytical, pharmaceutical research and production make up the dominant portion of my customers. My position is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process and account maintenance including product recommendation and selection, order placement, technical issue resolution, manufacturer/user interface, collection and payment reconciliation. Other responsibilities include, adding new suppliers and maintaining existing vendor relationships, supplier contract pricing negotiations and compliance. My computer skills and sensitivity to customer requirements have led to involvement with corporate IT improvement projects, back office development of a new website, and maintenance of promotions.

Responsible for targeting, growing and maintaining accounts in six southeastern states with annual sales of 1.6 million dollars. Managed accounts remotely but also traveled to key accounts on routine basis to maintain relationships. As a distributor of scientific equipment, and consumables accounts in all aspects of research were targeted, laboratories in the private sector as well as universities, government organizations, and large publicly traded companies.
