For nearly four years, I was the general manager of Qualcomm Technology Licensing. I managed the day-to-day operations and provided oversight and strategic direction to the Business Development, Legal, Finance, Market Analysis, Contract Compliance, and Audit groups (total headcount of roughly 100 FTEs). I also led the negotiations of the company's largest patent licensing, acquisition and joint venture transactions.
