• Provide process guidance, root cause analysis and pending actions to resolve to Sales, Order Processing, Sales Operations and associated partners
• Identify issue root causes and apply project management skills to resolve
• Present process updates, project results and roadshow content at Executive level
• Lead customer operational projects governance, plan and host roadshows for leadership, and build trusted partnerships with sales and order management leadership, GBOs and cross functional teams
• Implement identified improvements/solution by engaging with all of the cross functional teams involved in process flow

• Manage the day to day activities of my team of Order Processors
• Facilitate proper workflow for the Federal Order Processing work queues
• Collaborate with senior sales leaders on process improvement opportunities
• Lead the OEI and Documentation, OP Scorecard, Queue / Pod assignment and Sales Hold Minimization initiatives
• Mentor new leaders in the Fed OP organization

• Supervise the production, warehouse and quality control employees and processes
• Create and monitor metrics for production, warehouse and quality control employees
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer and third party issues
• Create and implement process improvement measures
• Manage outside logistics and software vendors
• Hire and train employees across all areas of responsibility

• Lead and coordinate activities of warehouse and receiving groups. Directs the receipt, storage, and distribution of material and products within the established standards
• Responsible for supervising warehouse and receiving employees
• Coordinate and assist with the training of new and/or transferred employees as required
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues
• Liaison with Freight Forwarders for shipment quotes and custom clearances
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot logistic issues before they turn into late deliveries

• Checking for correct pricing, hedging and the overall accuracy of purchase orders, approving over $100 million worth of purchases in 2013
• Worked with Merchandising, IT and Marketing to create an online brand presence for the APMEX Retail Purchasing Department
• Responsible for hiring, training and development of the Purchasing Team, having moved 25% of our new hires into more senior positions in the company
• Create and track metrics for the Retail Purchasing process, consulting with other departments to ensure accurate and fast payment to our Retail customers
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and IT to generate data for targeted purchasing initiatives to our Retail customer base
