At Charles and George's Car Wash I was primarily responsible for cleaning vehicles and providing courteous service to customers. My main goal was to ensure proper safety measures were taken at all times. In my role as Dry Down, I was often one of the first people to notice concerns regarding equipment malfunctions and safety. In this position I was responsible for completing the laundry process to keep up with high demand throughout the day. Between the essential functions of my job, I would assist other employees with the final cleaning process to reduce wait times.Here are some of my accomplishments in the Dry Down position:1. Increased efficiency of laundry process to address increased demand resulting from consolidation of two locations, by minimizing equipment downtime and streamlining steps.2. Caught issues with equipment and safety early and corrected on the spot or consulted with management to find a solution.3. Adapted to a rapidly changing environment by ensuring main priorities were always met in the order of importance.Charles and George's Car Wash places a strong emphasis on team work, as each job is complete in a series of separate, specialized tasks that are interdependent.
