C&D checks on Cessna and ATR aircraft

I lead 65 technicians that maintain 19 assigned aircraft.

Led 15 technicians and managed a 6.2 million dollar equipment program that supported the maintenance of 19 aircraft.

Led 12 personnel that performed landing gear, flight control and canopy system maintenance on A-10 Warthog aircraft.

Oversaw all maintenance actions to inspect, repair and functional check all aircraft systems. Compiled maintenance data and briefed flight leadership inspection status updates. Coordinated with 6 supporting agencies for any repair/inspection actions.

Led 87 personnel that performed maintenance on 26 F-15E Strike Eagles. Executed all administrative tasks such as building weekly manning schedules, drafting personnel performance reports/awards packages and monitoring aircraft maintenance task qualification training.

Supervised onsite and oversaw all aircraft maintenance repair actions. I inspected major aircraft repairs and determined if the aircraft was airworthy. I also performed routine aircraft run-ups (engine operations) to complete operational checks of all maintenance and repairs performed. I conducted aircraft towing operations and ground emergency response teams.

Accomplished in depth aircraft inspections as maintenance floor supervisor. Performed aircraft internal structural integrity and foreign object inspections. Ensured all aircraft hydraulic and secondary power components were serviceable and performing to specifications. Replaced components as required. Directed all unsatisfactory findings to maintenance supervision.

Oversaw aircraft maintenance status tracking for 91 F-15E Strike Eagles. Directed and prioritized all resources for all 91 aircraft. Compiled maintenance data using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Power Point for daily aircraft maintenance production meetings. Initiated Quick Reaction Checklists for enhanced information flow between maintenance production and higher headquarters. Generated daily aircraft flying data reports for base-wide dissemination. Orchestrated monthly Operational Readiness Exercises using a wide variety of communication devices and exercise inputs. Maintained aircraft data integrity reporting using a computer based maintenance information system and web based information system.

Maintained F-15E Strike Eagles as an Apprentice and Journeyman. Accomplished routine aircraft inspections, hydraulic and oil servicing, minor part replacements and fueling. Maintained aircraft maintenance documentation using onsite forms binder and computer based maintenance information system. Assisted in aircraft towing and engine run operations.
