Lead Examiner responsible for supervision of a large complex financial organization. Responsible for directing all supervisory activities, managing a team of examiners, and conducting meetings with senior management and the board of directors to communicate examination findings. Present findings and recommendations in both oral and written communications and assist with corrective action implementation. Responsible for coordinating supervisory strategies with other regulatory agencies, including the United States Treasury agency (OCC), the FDIC, the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA). Conduct safety and soundness examinations on a diverse mix of financial institutions under the oversight of the Federal Reserve System. Participating on bank and bank holding company examinations and applying that analysis into written form.
