Was on site tech support for other students and Teachers within the college.The college had a program that IT majors could take part in that allowed us to work between or after classes. While working we would help fellow students with any tech issues they might be having, as well as help provide support to classrooms throughout the college. We would work with the colleges real tech support team to gain knowledge and hands on experience.
