After a year and half I took over as Restaurant General Manager where I was responsible for all general operations including restaurant/bar ordering, hiring, scheduling, payroll, negotiating and working with vendors on a daily basis as well as managing all social media platforms in a creative and fun way. A big part of being Manager was staying up to date on latest trends in restaurants and creating exciting menu items that increased business and profits.

During my time with Candle Cafe I started as a Bartender and became Bar Manager where my job consisted of inventory control, stocking, keeping drink menus updated, scheduling, ordering and negotiating with vendors, all while maintaining a bar that exceeded health department standards.

Running my own studio meant I was setting up recording sessions, mic placement, getting levels, producing, engineering, mixing artists sessions. I also spent a good deal of time trouble shooting and adapting to situations where one method of recording or mixing was not working based on performers abilities or various technical problems that arise. Being proficient with all Mac based products and keeping up to date with various other computer programs, music and non music, techniques and styles of recording and knowing all the latest tools of the craft that are made for specific genres was very important.

At Razorfish I answered phones, ordered all office supplies, acted as a liaison between client and production team and management. Anything that had to do with the office section of Razorfish I took care of.

I handled all the coordination of getting the shows through various stages of post including voice over sessions, motion control, hiring editors in addition to keeping logs through all phases all while meeting deadlines for air dates.
